Physiotherapist

Responsibilities of the position would include:

• Assess and diagnose patients’ physical conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Provide physiotherapy treatments to patients with various medical conditions
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans to improve patients’ mobility, strength, and overall physical well-being
• Monitor and evaluate patients’ progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
• Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for injury prevention and self-care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

 

Skills required:

• Strong patient care skills in MSK, including the ability to empathize and communicate effectively with patients of all ages
• Knowledge in orthopaedics practice and the ability to provide appropriate treatment in a private setting
• Excellent manual skills to perform hands-on therapy techniques
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in order to develop effective treatment plans
• Continuing education in manual therapy is an asset

 

Details about the position:

• Contract position with flexible hours, Monday to Friday only
• Percentage split based on individuals professional billing
• Provision of fully equipped private room, and all necessary supplies
• Use of Jane practice management software
• Office administrator on staff for scheduling and accepting payments
